Knowledgebase: Cinegy Capture
When re-starting Capture workstation there appears a message 'User is already connected. Please try again later'

This message is related to Cinegy Archive Service (CAS) multiple connections from the same user settings. This is how this setting looks like during install:

To allow multiple connections please do the following:

1) Open directory where CAS is installed C:\Program Files\Cinegy\Cinegy Archive Service

2) Open the file CinegyServerWSHost.exe.config with Notepad.exe under the Administrator account.

3) Find the line with the parameter key="new_connection".

4) Change its value to "2".

5) Close and save changes.

6) Restart CAS in order for the changes to take effect.
