Q1. Is it possible to change Audio Preset for item which is on-air?

A. No, Cinegy Air does not allow to change any settings of currently played items, e.g. Audio Matrix options.  Before the cued Item is played, all its preset options are sent to the Air Engine and cannot be changed anymore.

Q2. What exacltly is an “empty” profile on top of the dropdown list, and is it possible to remove it from this menu?

A. The empty value of AudioMatrix is a default value, meaning that no matrix is used. This is introduced by design.
