You should use the latest version of Cinegy License Viewer to see what
Cinegy hardware dongle contains, as well as to generate remote update
requests.

There are two ways of getting dongle ID.
For the FIRST way, Cinegy License Viewer must be installed on a local
machine. Start License Viewer and find the dongle ID in the Serial
Number column of the main panel.

The maximum number of simultaneous connections to the database,
allowed by your license, is reached at the moment.
The "All concurrent connection licenses have expired on the database
dongle" message means that all your licenses are expired. You need to
contact Cinegy Sales at sales@cinegy.com to upgrade the dongle.
The version of your Cinegy Desktop software is newer than licenses
available on the dongle. You need to contact Cinegy Sales at
sales@cinegy.com to upgrade the dongle.

Cinegy License Serv...
There are several possible reasons of Cinegy Demo watermark being
displayed when the hardware license dongle is present:
* Please, check if Cinegy License Service is up and running in the
system.
* Please, check if the dongle is correctly recognized...
The valid license is not found. Please check if the valid license
dongle is connected to the database server.
A new, top-tier loudness control options has been integrated into
Cinegy Air 12. This paid-for extra option provides every possible
real-time loudness control that a customer might need. To use Loudness

Please note that in Desktop 12 the licensing has been changed a
little.

In order to activate it put the .lic file next to the installer file.
The installer will get it and activate automatically.
Or after the installation put the file to the
c:ProgramDataCinegySoftware Licenses folder.
