Knowledgebase: Cinegy Licensing
Cinegy Desktop cannot start. There is the following message on the Cinegy Desktop start: "The only licenses available for your client only support older releases of the software".

The version of your Cinegy Desktop software is newer than licenses available. You need to contact Cinegy Sales at sales@cinegy.com to upgrade the license.

The other possible reason is that you may need to install a newer Cinegy License Service 12.13. Please find it on Cinegy website in the Latest Released Versions section - https://partner.cinegy.com/downloads/latest/Cinegy_License_Service_12.13 or https://my.cinegy.com/index.php/download/latest-released-version/category/150-cinegy-license-service-12-13
