Cinegy Archive database doesn't require any special procedures for maintaining, just use the basic regular recommendation as for all Microsoft SQL databases, according to their documentation.

Refer to the Microdoft support site for more details about cleaning the MS SQL server/databases from logs, temp files etc.

Please, also note that Cinegy also provides a special Cinegy CleanUp tool, that is designed to clean misc files related only to the Cinegy software. Please, refer to https://open.cinegy.com/products/support-tools/10.5/cleanup-tool/ for additional details.
