What does the ERROR: Cannot initialize playout. Code = 0x80004005 mean?

Code = 0x80004005 could indicate that there is some hardware/driver-related problem:
- selected SDI card is absent (additional information returns);
- SDI driver is wrong (sometimes additional version-related information returns);
- the license is absent (additional information returns);
- Video effect accelerator GPU codec is not supported;
- Feedback GPU codec is not supported;
- Output video GPU encoder is not supported.

In case the corresponding log file does not provide additional information about the issue reason a new ticket should be raised via Helpdesk with a report generated by the latest Cinegy Reporting Tool https://open.cinegy.com/products/support-tools/24.4/reporting-tool/ attached.
