Why after upgrading the client database from version 9 to version 10 audio files could not be inserted into the sequence in Desktop? No errors are displayed, just nothing happens after dragging the audio clip to the sequence.

Apparently, before the upgrade of the 9th version of the database, the TV format "None" was disabled in CEM -> Tv Formats and profiles -> TV formats. In the current 11 version, this type of disabling is prohibited, as it is used for audio clips, such as Voiceover, which do not have TV format. The problem is solved by enabling TV format "None".
