Cinegy Desktop and the Cinegy Configuration tool cannot see the SQL server

Go to the SQL server machine and do the following:
Besides, check under which user Cinegy Desktop and the Cinegy Configuration tool are started – check if this user is assigned to access your database. You can check it with via Cinegy Enterprise Manager -> Permissions and Security -> Groups, Users and Assigned Roles. | |
