Some MOV files with the video encoding which is not supported internally by Cinegy (like Animation or RLE) cannot be played on the x64 playout. In this case we recommend using the x86 playout as it switches to QuickTime decoding, which is not available on the x64 playout due to the absence of x64 support by QuickTime. 

The workaround is to convert your file to a different format. We recommend AVI file with the Cinegy DANIEL codec, which supports alpha as well.
