You can add an object like "Subtitles" in the new Cinegy Title as described here.

There, you can load an .SRT file.

In the "Subtitles" parameters, there is an option "On-Air", which is responsible for synchronizing subtitles with the timecode of the title in the playlist. Turn it off to always play subtitles from the beginning.

You can create a subtitle in Title Editor and then import it to DocumentBin, or you can create it directly in DocumentBin.
