Why the 4-channel card Decklink BMDL Duo2, used as 4 SDI input in Multiviewer, does not see the board No.4?

For example, the typical message in the log is the following:

12.06.2020 14:43:41.792 (5528) DecklinkInput board 2 'DeckLink Duo 2', supported 16 audio channels

12.06.2020 14:43:41.798 (8904) DecklinkInput board 3 'DeckLink Duo 2', supported 16 audio channels

12.06.2020 14:43:41.801 (3560) ERROR: DecklinkInput -- board 4 not found

In Cinegy Multiviewer the board count starts from 0. For 4-channel card BMDL Duo 2 it means boards numbers from 0 to 3.

Consequently, in the log there is an error message "ERROR: DecklinkInput -- board 4 not found", because board No.4 is not present.
